Thank you for shopping with NINEGOODS. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your order.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, adverse weather, or seasonal peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Chinese New Year).

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes Our product prices include applicable taxes (VAT, GST, or sales tax) where required. However, international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has begun processing. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we cannot offer a free reship or refund. A reship fee may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@ninegoods.shop within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

For packages that appear stuck in transit beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Remote Locations Delivery to remote or rural areas may take up to 4–6 weeks in exceptional cases. We appreciate your patience.
